Why can't Ashampoo's downloading program add a SIMPLE loop to allow for when a connection is broken (and NOT from my end - only thing being done on the computer) & that simple loop would be to START from where the break happened & complete more of the download (until the inevitable error again) I managed to get to 33% - 2nd time 18% & now I have to start from the beginning AGAIN!! I know the loop exists - because of sites that are now forced out of business (prior music & file sharing sites) - I hope this helps - frustrated - I really would like to try this today.
